Rorschach (CH)

Start in Rorschach with the only rack railway directly on the lake. During the journey, which takes roughly half hour, the train negotiates 400 meters in altitude and offers magnificent views of the lake. In Heiden you can go on foot or with the “Post-Auto” to Walzenhausen. From Walzenhausen you can take the railway to Rheineck and then travel back with the ship to Rorschach.
